Donor Data Coordinator

Sales Associate

POSITION SUMMARY
The Donor Data Coordinator will track fundraising activities from all entities; individuals, churches, corporations and foundations by inputting, organizing, and presenting donor data. Process and mail donor receipt letters, daily data entry of donations, providing database coordination between external forms and syncing with accounting systems, support donor research projects, assist with event planning details and execution, assist in creating Development Department Board Report, and provide information to the Director of Development, development team, and CEO as needed.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage Salesforce and all dollar, in-kind, and volunteer data entry.
• Adhere to 48 hours turn around on donor receipts, thank you notes, emails, phone calls etc.
• Manage the determined donor thank you processes as approved in the Thank You Manual.
• Prepare donor mailing lists, donor reports, and broad donor behavior reports for Director of Development.
• Manage donor thank you task lists for CEO, Director of Development, and Donor Relations Associate.
• Keep donor database records current, complete, and consistent
• Annually audit data input systems and utilize Salesforce and other products to make data entry as efficient and accurate as possible.
• Generate lists for mailings and help coordinate mailings
• Help generate donor reports from donor database
• Research existing donors and donor prospects
• Assist in and attend fundraising events
• Able to react to change productively and handle all other duties/essential tasks as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have basic knowledge of fundraising principles. Comfort with Salesforce or any new selected software programs is essential. A working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite or comparable programs is a must. Individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree; Experience and high degree of comfort with donor or sales CRMs – Salesforce is ideal.

OTHER SKILLS
Motivated energetic self-starter with strong problem-solving skills; attention to detail and appreciation for accuracy are critical; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; computer literate with high knowledge of Excel and data entry; highly developed organizational skills; excellent time and self-management skills; strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects; ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Full time and Part-time

POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Associate will be responsible to fulfill any of the tasks to complete a sale of our donated goods from operating the cash register, organizing and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor, assisting customers, and cleaning common areas.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cashier Duties:
• Count money and place in cash register.
• Open store and operate cash register during store hours.
• Assist customers in their purchases. If they have a voucher, help them select the items that are applicable to their voucher.
• Balance cash register and perform closing duties, including reports, at end of day.
• Able to react to change productively and handle all other duties/essential tasks as assigned.

Secondary Responsibilities:
• Dust, straighten and stock merchandise as needed
• Change prices with permission of supervisor
• Post sales on whiteboards
• Clean dressing rooms
• Perform assigned kitchen and work area clean-up.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED required.
