Donation of Funds: Monetary donations in any amount are needed and greatly appreciated! You may specify what area of the ministry you would like YOUR donation to go towards by indicating this on your check (for example, write FOOD BANK on it). Many people allow Graceworks to use their donation for whatever the greatest need may be. Nearly 90 cents of every dollar donated goes toward helping Graceworks clients, so you can be assured your donation is used to help children and adults in our community.

Credit Card Donations: We accept MasterCard and Visa. If you would like to make a donation by credit card, please call the Graceworks office at 794-9055.

Special Donation: You may make a donation to Graceworks Ministries, Inc. in honor of someone or in memory of them. We will send a card recognizing your donation to the name and address you provide with the donation.

Fundraising

Projects: We invite you to do a fund-raising event to benefit Graceworks – big or small! Church and civic groups, clubs, schools, businesses and individuals can help their neighbors in Williamson County by doing a fund-raising project. Use your own idea or call Tina Edwards, Director of Development, for a list of fund-raising possibilities.

Graceworks Annual Dinner: We have a theme fund-raising dinner each spring with hundreds of people in attendance. Last year’s theme was “Tropical Breezes” and folks enjoyed the casual atmosphere, great food, door prizes and huge silent auction. Prizes are given for best decorated table, and best costume.

As you may know, Graceworks does not always have the funds necessary to give as much assistance as it would like. This years’ Benefit Dinner is designed to change that. It will be bigger and better than ever! Our goal is to expand our support base and raise $250,000! These funds will go a long way in allowing Graceworks to expand current and implement new programs that will benefit our entire community!

You can sponsor a table for 10 at one of the following levels:

Platinum $10,000
Gold $5,000
Silver $2,500
Bronze $600
Friends of Graceworks  $60 per person
